RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1) We allow our customers to exchange their purchased items for any reasons until they are fully satisfied with their purchased items.
2) In the event you would like to exchange your item, you may simply return the item to us subject to the following conditions:
- Stock of the new item is available.
- The purchased item is returned within 14 days from the day you receive the item.
- The purchased item is returned in original condition i.e. UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNTAINTED, UNSCENTED and LABEL TAG STILL ATTACHED to the item.
- The purchased item is returned together with completed Product Warranty Form and Purchased Invoice.
- Shipping charges for the exchange is borne by customer. The customer is required to make payment for shipping before the exchange is done.
3) In the event you received wrong/defective item due to our omission, you may return the item to us and we would replace with a new one. However, it is subject to the following conditions:
- The item is returned in original condition i.e. UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNTAINTED, UNSCENTED and LABEL TAG STILL ATTACHED to the item.
- The item is returned together with completed Product Warranty Form.
- Shipping charges for exchanging the wrong/defective item is borne by us.
4) The new item will only be shipped to you once we have received the returned one. Therefore, please provide the return tracking number to our Customer Care for ease of tracking.
