We are now levelling up our standard. To maintain our products' quality, and of course customers' satisfaction as our priority, we will now shift from the regular ordering style and improve our fulfillments completely to pre-order based.
You can place an order like every other e-commerce website or just like you used to when you place your order for your favorite collections in Fifarasol Exclusive.
Go to the Pre-Order Collections section of the website. Select your favorite pants that you want. Add to cart. Finalize the order, fill in your details, and go through the payment gateway (iPay88) payment process.
Once your payment is done, your pre-order will be confirmed.
After we close the pre-orders for the mentioned batch, we will start producing the orders for that particular batch. Your pre-order will then be fulfilled by batch after we received it from the production that includes picking, packing, and ready to ship.
You will receive your order package within 10-15 days of working days, and the counted days will start a day after the mentioned batch is closed.
Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item arrives with us.
The advantage of purchasing through pre-order based is that you will secure your size without need to worry about the item becoming sold out shortly after we release it online.
Every order will take up 10-15 working days to be processed. Do take note that we will process your order once we have verified your order, it means that the item is not in the production line yet and not immediately available in our warehouse.
We only accept full payments. Do take note that we do not accept any deposit for pre-order items.
Bear in mind that dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, mainly due to the manufacturing process that includes production and processing steps. Once that item is available in our warehouse, your order will be dispatched within three (3) days.

Q1: Can I place an order with deposit payment?
It is so joyful that you are going to grab our awesome collections in this new style of pre-order
based. However, regrettably we only receive orders made in full payment only.
Q2: How long will my order take to be shipped?
Processing time takes 10-15 working days for processing and shipping.
All orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the coming Monday.
The tracking number will be provided once we have fulfilled your order.
In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested.
Q3: Do you ship internationally?
Yes. As for now, we ship to Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei.
For International Delivery, the estimation will be within 12-24 working days, subject to the courier service provider and custom clearance at the respective country.
Q4: When a delay occurs and why?
The items of our collections are exclusive.
For this reason, the manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps. The production sequence is linear although mistakes may occur.
In the unlikely event of a delay, our Customer Relationship will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
Q5: Can I combine ready stock and pre-order items?
Absolutely yes! You can:
Place a combined order and wait for the items in pre-order to arrive.
In this case, the whole order will be held and dispatched entirely. We really appreciate your patience while waiting for your items to arrive.
Q6: Can I amend my order?
Yes! It will be possible to change the sizes of the items included in the order provided availability of the sizes and, of course, within 12 hours after placing your order.
From this moment on, it won’t be possible to amend any. Please ensure you pay close attention when placing an order to minimize any unfavorable hassle.

Fifarasol Exclusive is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped out.
Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping.
In the event of your parcel returning back to us due to your unavailability receiving it, an additional postage will be applied and once this payment is made, we will ship again your order.
